Integration Successful

The HELUKABEL Group is celebrating reaching another milestone in its growth strategy. The integration of two of our subsidiaries, EKD Systems and Sangel Systemtechnik, has been successfully completed. These two subsidiaries have contributed to our portfolio with their high-quality drag chains, cable assemblies, and industrial luminaires since 2022. Both companies will now operate under the name HELU Connectivity Solutions.

With this integration, we lay the groundwork for a prosperous future and further strengthen our position as a leading systems supplier for electrical connection technology. Our goal is to supply customers around the world with custom solutions for all of their electrical connection needs, from individual cables to installation-ready complete systems. To achieve this, we are striving for a uniform appearance, clearly designated contact persons, and simplified processes, which will reduce complexity and allow us to take advantage of synergies within the HELUKABEL Group.
